I’ve known Ian for over 10 years and have seen first hand the impact he’s had on a number of people and businesses he works with. I started my own business in 2002, I was pretty clueless but had a strong work ethic and plenty of ideas. I first spoke to Ian in 2006 when he called me on a Tuesday evening at 6:30pm, to introduce himself. I agreed to meet him in person with a view to starting business coaching. At our first meeting I mentioned it was strange that he called me so late in the day,  his response was… “if somebody picks up at 6:30 in the evening,  it's probably the business owner and if they are there at that time of day, they probably need my help”. He was right! I set to work with Ian in 2006 building a growth plan, which he kept me accountable to, first weekly and then monthly as I got into my stride. As the economic downturn of 2008 occurred, I saw competitors sliding backwards,  as we grew from strength to strength, simply by following the plans we had built and applying the strategies that we had learned from Ian. Ian was fundamental in pushing me outside of my comfort zone and helping me grow, and in-turn, helped the company to grow from a repetitive £500,000 per year, to an £8 million per year turnover business. At the time of selling a majority stake in my company, I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to Ian and tell anyone reading, if you are looking for a rock solid business coach, who can make a real difference, look no further!

I have known Ian for over 20 years now and found my time working with him invaluable.  It can be a lonely place running your own business, who do you trust?  everyone has their own agenda.  Your time with Ian is a really safe space to test out ideas and problem solve issues that are bugging you.  You cant help but leave your session recharged and motivated to move things along with a sense of relief that you’re on the right track, despite your own negativity creeping in.  Invest in yourself spending time with Ian; he always finds a way to help you find a solution no matter what the problem and if you need a quick kick start to marketing your will come away with your hand aching from note taking ideas to try.  Ian is a well known motivational speaker and each session you have with him is your own motivational bubble; he has this golden energy around him and you cant help but walk away with a little bit of it. I've known Ian since 2018 and attended his really good Big 100 events in Portsmouth and Southampton a few times, as well as being part of his mastermind group coaching for a year. Since September 2023, I've been on 1-2-1 monthly coaching with Ian and wow, what a difference he has made. With Ian's knowledge and years of experience, he has helped me to ramp up my marketing efforts resulting in a significant increase in new clients and monthly recurring sales in 2024. The key thing he helps is being a sounding board for ideas and holding me to account, so I can continue to grow and stay on track! I'm so impressed that I've now signed-up to start 2-weekly coaching with Ian, as I can see how much I've achieved on monthly coaching, and have big plans for the next 2 years. If you run a business any business, Coach can help increase not only your turnover but your profits too.  If you get the chance to work with him jump at it.  I've learnt more from Coach's free content than I have from any other coach even ones I've paid thousands of pounds to work with. Coach understands life and business. Visit his website, read his content, go to his events. Work with him one to one, just consume him. Your business will increase and improve with very little action. Be warned that he will make you put in the work, it will be so worth it. One of Coach's free tips allowed us to raise our prices by 20% without any complaints from our customers.
